ABJ Consulting, LLC is an evidence-based service provider assisting human service professionals and agencies reach strategic goals by providing workforce and professional development training, social service solutions, and event management assistance. Clients acquire skills that help them manage a variety of challenges associated with their business in interactive and engaging consultations and trainings. Skills include creating training modules, clear goals and objectives, marketing and promotion, attendee experience, pre/post evaluations, positive social media presence, strategic planning and innovation.
Services Provided
Job Readiness/Career Development Workshops – Adults, Youth, and Re-entry clients receive a robust training curriculum that expands not only into job readiness and essential skills, but overall life skill building that would aid in sustaining and building on employment and career goals. Along with entrepreneurship and professional development training.
Minding Your Mental Wellness Workshops & Summits – Our licensed therapist will facilitate workshops that will assist with coping strategies, that support the clients in understanding their mental health and wellness, and learning how to successfully navigate when unexpected challenges arise. Along with substance misuse workshops and clinically diagnosed disorders.
Event Management Assistance – Supporting the events team with logistical and administrative support. Assisting with creative decisions, planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Community Resource Assistance: – Connecting clients to expert referrals and resources in all areas of human and social service. A collaborative network of partners has been built with diverse organizations throughout Maricopa County.
Arizona Notary– Acknowledgments, jurats, copy certifications, oaths and affirmations.
